Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moore is a Hollywood writer and actress who's talent has brought her recognition as well as critical praise. Sagittarius. Born in North Carolina, on 3rd December, 1960. She's the oldest of three siblings born in the home of Peter Moore Smith, a paratrooper as well as Anne a psychologist. She's English and Scottish.
